The Brief
The Client held its bi-annual educational meeting in Dublin and sought a meeting space suitable for approx. 200 delegates. City centre location was very important as well as access to university laboratory facilities.

The Experience
The meetings took place over two days. The final day of the conference was dedicated to the immersion of the clients into Ireland’s Celtic Spirituality. The delegates discovered Ireland’s Ancient East and enjoyed private tours of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites at Brú na Boinne: Newrange, Knowth and Dowth.
A farewell evening was hosted in a small working distillery where the clients enjoyed a tutored premium whiskey tasting.

The Brief
The client hosted their annual international conference in Dublin and they were looking for a conference venue for approximately 2,000 delegates. A hotel with state of art conference facilities and easy access to the city centre were required. The client also wanted optional activities for delegates and partners, authentic Irish entertainment and a fun day incorporated into their conference.

The Experience
The program incorporated four days of meetings and work-shops. Clients were transported to the conference venue on arrival. The networking reception featured soft Irish Music in an authentic Irish pub setting, allowing for the sharing of experiences and idea swapping amongst the delegates. Informational sessions, work-shops and training forums were hosted in the hotel. Partners enjoyed local Irish activities by day and true Irish entertainment by night. The conference culminated in a mega fun day at an exclusive Irish Horse Racing Event leaving the delegates with memorable experiences!

The Experience
This Experience began with the 2-day meeting in one of Dublin’s leading hotels. The presentations and meetings were executed flawlessly. The clients were impressed with the hotel and its location in the heart of Dublin. A bike ride tour incorporating Ireland’s financial district with Dublin Bay invigorated both the delegates and partners.
An exclusive evening gala dinner was organised in the world famous Guinness Storehouse with an upcoming Irish youth trad band.

The Experience
This dual site tailormade program revolved around rural Kerry and cosmopolitan Dublin. First stop was true Irish countryside, where the clients enjoyed 3 fun filled days. Activities included jaunting cart rides through the Gap of Dunloe, boat rides on the Killarney Lakes, local gin sampling in Dingle Town, foraging for seaweed on Kerry beaches.
The group then travelled to Dublin, visiting an Irish Storyteller along the way. 3 action packed days ensued with thrills on both land and sea! An Irish party to end all Irish parties was hosted in an authentic pub on the final night.
